Locked the keys to my delivery truck in the cab, a local merchant called for me and within 40 mins I was back on the road. Saved my day for sure.

I called 7 diffrent local tow companies that night after 11:00PM, Bambauer towing was the only company that answered phone courteously, professionally (didn't sound drunk or asleep) and was willing and able to send a driver. We were happy to wait the estimated 60 to 90 minutes, but driver acually arrived in only 30 minutes!! Driver was a super nice guy. We would reccomend Bambauer highly to anyone needing a tow!!

Blew a hub on my bass boat trailer at Black Butte lake, trailer was resting on the wheel. Bryce was very professional and able to get my boat and trailer on the tow truck safely and without damage. He even replaced my zip ties that he had to cut off that held my light harness for the brake lights. Would highly recommend, Ive always had good experiences with Bambauer Towing. Cant say the same with other tow companies Ive dealt with.

As with most tow services in my area, it took a while for them to get to the accident. The German gentleman was super helpful and kind during a tragic time. When going to facility to release the vehicle and collect items, there was a wait, but nice man helped us to our car and didn't hover us while we were there.

Towing isnt ever a fun or exciting prospect, being stranded with a disabled vehicle can be frustrating, calling AAA can be frustrating. Yesterday I was towed 130 miles and Bryce made it the best experience possible. From taking immaculate care of my vehicle, ice cold water, offering to make any stops for food, and of course great conversation. I have no complaints whatsoever, I would HAPPILY recommend these guys anytime.

I needed my moms car towed from Orland to San Francisco and had no keys. I have AAA so AAA set up the tow with Bambauer Towing. They responded right away and I explained to them that I was in San Francisco and if it was possible to have it towed without me being present. They said no problem. That was a relief because i didnt want to drive 2 1/2 hours to turn right around and drive back 2 1/2 hours. The next morning they were here with the vehicle before 8 am just like they said they would. The car didnt start so Bryce (the driver) was able to park it in a small lot across the street. He was very professional and friendly. He parked it with no problem. Thank you guys for your help you saved me a lot of time. I recommend them for their quick response, professionalism and prompt service.

AAA called this service to tow our truck down to Modesto. They couldnt tow it the same day since it was a Sunday and they only had 1 driver, but Will took it down first thing the next morning at 6:30 AM which was so helpful. Forgot the guys name but he was awesome and on point, taught me how to re install the driveshaft and even let me install it while it was still lifted. He made it passed where I had stopped because the snow stopped me.. . They quite literally saved my life and livelihood, and all the while were very receptive and professional. They knew what they were doing and had excellent communication with me while coming to retrieve me and while they were working to walk me out.

The price before insurance for the tow was about $1500, which feels comparatively cheap when the alternative was calling search and rescue, who only would have retrieved me and not my vehicle.

Lewis (the owner) took this into his hands and went above and beyond my expectations. The company communicated every step of the way, at the end of the job he sent me pictures of the complete process. There is never a 'best' time to break down but generally holidays are the worst, right? Well, I lucked out breaking down in Orland. From Jerry and his brother at Penners Automotive, Mary at American Rental & Leasing, to Joe, my tow truck driver from Bambauer...they were all incredibly kind and generous. Labor Day and I really had no choice but to need a 150 mile tow back to the bay area. What a great guy! His attitude was awesome and although the call took him from family time, he treated me like it was just any other day. Thank you Joe!!

My son managed to get lost following his Garmin GPS and ended up near the top of the Mendocino Forest Mountains, or more precisely down a cliff side of Anthony's Peak in the Mendocino Forest. He was trying to turn around his truck and got stuck. With no snow chains, snow gear, food, water, or a battery charger for his cell phone, he was pretty much in big trouble and in the middle of nowhere! Before his phone battery died he managed to get a call out to us and I was able to get him to read me the Garmin GPS coordinates of 3950'695"N 12257'814"W. (look it up on google maps and you will see where he was)...I spent 4 hours calling towing companies and nobody wanted to help because it was too far for them to go.

My friends son told me about Bambauer Towing Service. I called them and Louis answered the phone and assured us that he would get our kid out of the jam that he was in. Louis mentioned it wouldn't be inexpensive since it was a 6 hour round trip journey and would require a 4 wheel drive towing rig. He asked me if I knew the approximate area or if I might have the GPS coordinates, which I am really glad that I asked my son to give me before his phone died! A blizzard with snow started up when Bambauer Towing arrived to help him.The story ended very well for my son and dads wallet is a little bit lighter but I am really glad that there are folks out there that are willing to go the extra mile to help like Bambauer did for us and our son. This story could have had a very grim ending, but Bambauer came to the rescue!
